Welcome.
Your decision to seek therapy is extremely important to me. At the same time, I hold the stance that your problems are not the whole of who you are. As a psychotherapist, I'm here to understand your dynamic fullness and complexity, beyond what diagnostic labels or pastel Instagram infographics might suggest. Frankly, I’m less invested in what’s “wrong” with you, and more invested in what’s most precious to you, even if you’re not totally sure what that is yet. My goal is to create an honest space where your experiences and hopes can be explored with curiosity, steadiness, and care.
I offer psychotherapy to individual adults, children, and couples. My approach is warm, participatory, direct, and occasionally irreverent. I prioritize safety in the therapeutic relationship, ensuring that you are able to build tolerance for difficult emotions. My hope is that we can collaborate to draw from your inner well, hold a preferred vision for yourself and your relationships, and take a stand against rigid, inherited scripts about how your life ought to look.
My office is located in the Highland Park neighborhood of Los Angeles, adjacent to Pasadena and Glendale. I also offer virtual therapy for all California residents.
