Welcome.

Your decision to seek therapy is extremely important to me. That said, I’m hard-pressed to believe that your problems are the whole of who you are. I'm here to understand your dynamic fullness, beyond what diagnostic labels or pastel Instagram infographics might suggest. Frankly, I’m less invested in what’s “wrong” with you, and more invested in what’s most precious to you. My goal is to create a space where your real, embodied, and meaningful experiences can be explored with curiosity, steadiness, and care.

I offer psychotherapy to individual adults, children, and couples. My approach is creative, participatory, warm, and irreverent. I prioritize safety in the therapeutic relationship, ensuring that you are able to build tolerance for difficult emotions. My hope is that we can collaborate to draw from your inner well, hold a preferred vision for yourself and your relationships, and take a stand against rigid, inherited scripts about how your life ought to look.

My office is located in the Highland Park neighborhood of Los Angeles, adjacent to Pasadena and Glendale. I also offer virtual therapy for all California residents.
