Welcome.
So you're in therapy. That matters, but it's far from the most interesting thing about you. I'm here to understand the full story of who you are, beyond what diagnostic labels or squiggly Instagram infographics might suggest. My goal is to create a space where your real, dynamic, and meaningful experiences can be explored with frankness, curiosity, and care.
I offer psychotherapy to individual adults, adolescents, and children, as well as couples and families. My approach is creative, participatory, and tailored to individual client needs. I prioritize safety in the therapeutic relationship, ensuring that you are able to build tolerance for difficult emotions. My hope is that we can collaborate to draw from your inner well, hold a preferred vision for yourself and your relationships, and take a stand against rigid, inherited scripts about how your life ought to look.
My office is located in the Highland Park neighborhood of Los Angeles, adjacent to Pasadena and Glendale. I also offer virtual therapy for all California residents.
